FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions
How are praline creams made?
Praline creams are similar in taste and consistency to praline (nougat) pastes. According to the applicable guidelines, they must contain at least 10 percent roasted, peeled hazelnuts or almonds. Unlike praline (nougat) pastes, vegetable fat is added to them, so they do not require tempering after melting. Their sugar content must not exceed 67 percent, and no cereal flours or legume flours other than soy may be added to them.
How is praline cream used?
Our praline creams are perfect as a spread, filling for chocolates, or for refining desserts.
How to store praline cream correctly?
Products should be stored in a cool, dark, and dry place at a maximum of 18 °C, with a relative humidity of no more than 60 %.
