OUR SWEET RANGE
Marzipan
Our marzipan is optimally adapted to the needs of our customers. Depending on the variety, almonds of different origins and characteristics are processed.
Persipan paste
Our raw persipan paste is produced using the same process as marzipan and consists of the finest debittered apricot kernels and sugar.
Macaroon pastes
Our ready-to-bake macaroon pastes guarantee perfect almond pastries and saves you a lot of work. A persipan version is also available.
Chocolate couvertures and block chocolates
We know that not all chocolate is the same! Therefore, we offer a particularly wide range that is finely tuned in terms of taste, consistency, appearance, and intended use.

Vegan chocolates
